Alumni of Economics department holds first meet at Panjab University
The first meeting of the Alumni Association of the Department of Economics, Panjab University, Chandigarh, was held today, on 7th February 2024, in the Golden Jubilee Hall. The alumni from different batches, ranging from 1960 to 2020, interacted with the students and faculty and discussed the goals and activities of the association.
It was decided by the association to make the Alumni meet an annual event, publish a newsletter every year, and offer dual membership to all the alumni. The next meeting of the Alumni association will be held in the 3rd week of November 2024.
