In a shocking incident on Sunday night, two students from Chandigarh University were attacked in their rented room in Sarpanch Colony, Bhagomajra. Two youngsters with covered faces entered their room and started an argument, during which they pulled off their guns and started firing.
The attackers ran immediately after the neighbors gathered hearing the firing sound, and rushed the boys to the Government Hospital Kharar, where the doctors declared one of them dead and referred the other to PGI Hospital due to yus critical health. The former was recognized as Anuj from Bhiwani and the latter as Pavneet from Himachal Pradesh.
Punjab Police is now investigating the case, by checking nearby CCTVs to find the attacker's way in and way out. They assure that soon the attackers will be under arrest
