"Why all thieves name Modi?" Takes Rahul Gandhi to disqualified from the membership of Lok Sabha.
According to recent orders Rahul Gandhi who was representing the Wayanad Parliamentary seat in Kerala has now been disqualified from Lok Sabha in the case of defamation case by Surat court, the disqualification will be applicable from march 23.
The order has been considered under Article 102(1) of the constitution and section 8 of the representation of people i.e from Thursday Rahul Gandhi will be imprisoned in criminal defamation case filed in 2019 against "Modi surname" comment
The court has also granted bail to Rahul Gandhi and stayed the execution of his sentence for 30 days so the Congress leaders could challenge the verdict.
