Just imagine how you would feel when you paid a certain sum of money to get the most comfortable experience in your journey while travelling and you end up having the most bizarre one.
You might feel that it was a total waste of money and time. This can be seen in a recent video that's making noise on the social media platforms where the plane’s captain is apologizing to passengers for Friday's takeoff delay because of the bear's escape from its crate in the cargo hold, leaving passengers furious over the delay and causing a stir on social media.
In another incident, an Indigo flight from Chandigarh to Jaipur took off without the AC's on and people had to sit in an extremely humid environment for straight 90 minutes. A video shared by the Congress leader on the social media platform X shows how people are fanning with paper and children are irritated. Air hostesses can be seen distributing tissue papers to wipe off the sweat. Congress MLA after sharing his horrifying experience asked the Airports Authority of India (AAI) and the Directorate General of Civil Aviation (DGCA) to take strict action against the concerned airlines.
Such incidents do not end here, in another incident An Air India Express flight from Kochi to Sharjah was forced to return to Cochin International Airport shortly after takeoff due to a "burning" smell caused by a source believed to be a box of onions or vegetables in the cargo hold.
If we look upon the rise of such incidents you will be amazed to know. We can't see this as a matter of inconvenience on the passenger's side but as a major negligence from the concerned airlines as well. Being the customer of these airline services it's our responsibility to bring out such issues and question them about their duties and services.
