Demonetisation verdict claimed as valid and satisfied by supreme court 5 judge panel by 4:1 majority

Today, six years old 2016 demonetisaton verdict is claimed as valid by supreme court saying the decision cannot be reversed.

Out of 5 judge panel, 4 judges S Abdul Nazeer, AS Bopanna, BR Gavai and V Ramasubramanian were in favour of this decision.

Justice BV Nagarathna opposed this decision saying that it is unlawful on legal grounds though the decision was well-intension and well-thought one. The judgement is not relevant whether the objective was achieved or not.
