Haryana Jail Minster announces a remission of 90 days for prisoners serving 10+ years. One of the prisoners who will be benefitted is a very famous name, Gurmeet Ram Rahim Singh.

Gurmeet Ram Rahim Singh is currently on parol and resides in his ashram. He celebrated this news by cutting a cake with a sword.

With Republic Day around the corner, Haryana Jail Minister, Ranjit Singh announced a remission of 90 days for prisoners who have jail sentences exceeding 10 years.

Ranjit Singh explained that prisoners with a sentence of 10 years or more will be granted a remission of 90 days; prisoners with a sentence of 5 years or more but less than 10 years will be granted a remission of 60 days; further, prisoners with a sentence of years less than 5 will be granted a remission of 30 days.
