On the first day of the year ,1st January,2023, Chandigarh Police has registered FIR against Haryana Sports Minister, Sandeep Singh for outraging the modesty of a female coach.
This matter was disclosed by the police that a complaint has been filed by lady coach of haryana against Sandeep Singh dates 31.12.2022 u/s 354,354A,354B,342,506 IPC Police station sector-26 Chandigarh .
Towards this allegations Sandeep Singh has resigned from the sports department. During his conversation with Media, Sandeep Singh has handed over his department to CM of Haryana. He said that this atmosphere has been created to spoil his image. He demanded a thorough investigation for false allegations by the junior coach.
The matter is being investigated by the Chandigarh police. Till then, the sports department has been handed over to the Chief minister and inquiry report comes.
