The incident which took place on September 18 but came to light on September 22 after the boy revealed to his parents and police were approached.
The boy suffered severe injuries on his body including private parts and was brought home by locals. The Delhi Commission for Women sent notice to Delhi police seeking immediate action as the FIR was allegedly registered six days after the Incidence, however police claimed that the family refused to record their statement.
DCP (Northeast) Sanjay Sain said that the parents said that their son was sodomised and assaulted and a case under section of unnatural offences and POCSO Act has been registered.
Police in investigation found all the accused live near the boy's house and one accused has been apprehended and efforts are being made for the remaining two.
The Victim is still under medical observation.
