Gurpatwant Singh Pannu, a well-known figure in the Khalistani terrorist movement, has reportedly passed away in a road accident in the United States. While there is no official confirmation, according to speculations Pannu is now no more.
Pannu had been in hiding for a long time. After the assassinations of Paramjit Singh Panjwad in Pakistan, Avtar Singh Khanda in London, and Hardeep Singh Nijjar in Canada. he was worried that he might be the next target and remained underground.
While residing abroad, he regularly made threatening statements and propagated anti-India sentiments. He frequently released videos for Khalistan supporters.
In his latest video, he accused Indian Embassy officers in Canada and America of being involved in the killings of Khalistan sympathizers.
