NTA to conduct the NCET Examination for BA- BEd Admissions in Panjab University
In a major development in the four year Integrated Teacher Education Program, National Testing Agency brought the newly inculcated reforms for conducting the examination. The exam which is popularly titled as NCET (National Common Entrance Test) would be the new regiment for admission into the course immediately after Grade 12. This will be a National Level Examination, assessing in the main skills which will help in the overall development of the individual.
Previously, this program was a bulletin under Panjab University Departmental Aptitude Test but amid the introduction of new administrative principles, admission in Institute of Educational, Technology and Vocational Education (IETVE) is based on NCET. The course curriculum has been specially designed around the recently launched NEP 2020 and aims to render holistic development. The students can fill out the form for interested courses at the official website of either Samarth or National Testing Agency.
Important Dates were released on the official portal https://ncet.samarth.ac.in/. Last date for the successful submission of examination fee is April 30, 2024. May 2 to 4, 2024 are reserved for correction forms while the announcement of city centers will be informed during the last week of May. Furthermore,12 June has been notified as the actual examination date and admit cards would be distributed three days before the commencement of the exam. Afterwards procedures of answer keys and finally the results will be displayed later on the website.
