SOPU comes back after long time, to contest Vice President post independently
Student Organisation of Panjab University (SOPU) today held a press conference for the announcement of candidate for contesting in the upcoming campus student council elections.
It announced the name of Akashdeep the department of Anthropology to contest for the position of Vice President.
In its press conference, SOPU said that students bodies are the base for the political career.
PU Pulse also had interaction with the student leaders of SOPU and asked them about their comeback in the student politics of the university after a long time.
