Panjab University wifi is always a better source for the students and research scholars especially when it is high time of exam season and submission of thesis, as mobile data is not able to match the mark in campus.
But once again wifi ids of students got expired this morning, which left a lot of students in stress.
Earlier, PU wifi had stopped working on 1 June as wifi validation was till 31st May only as always, but after media reports and student protests wifi date was extended. But now the question is ,why it was raised to only one month as many of the departments even did not start with exams.
" We have our exam today and when i woke up in the morning, i started reading content but found wifi not working. My mobile data was not working properly in the hostel. It created alot of problems in my study just before exam. PU should extend validity atleast till exams," complained many students in the morning.
Such issues on one hand are making students worry before exams and on the other hand also put questions on the logic behind the expiration.
