The Income Tax Department raided at Ranjit Singh Bawa & Kanwar Grewal's residence

The Income Tax Department raided at two famous Punjabi singers residence Ranjit Singh Bawa and Kanwar Grewal who earlier supported The Kisan Andolan at Tikkri Border on Delhi border.

The Sufi singer Kanwar Grewal was a regular attendee at the farmers protests on Delhi border last year.

Grewal’s apartment and the whole housing society was guarded by CRPF soldiers while the raids were going on.Residents of the apartments are restricted from going outside till the further notice.

Along with the raid at Kanwar Grewal’s apartment the income tax departments officials conducted raids at famous singer Ranjit Singh Bawa’s apartment.

The IT officers raided four locations of Ranjit Bawa, his residence in Batala and village Wadala Granthian, his office and residence of PA Deputy Vohra.
