Theft Case Again: Battery Stolen from Car of Raj Eatery Owner in the Library Parking

The terror of the theft case is once again awoken by a theft case today in PU again as the battery was stolen from the library parking.

A theft case was reported tonight as the battery was stolen from the Raj Eatery Owner's car. The car was parked from 6 PM to 8 PM in the library parking near the Examination Hall side as no CCTV was nearby there was no lead.

The car belonged to the Mohit, owner of Raj Eatery shop at the StuC of Panjab University, Chandigarh. The disappointing thing is that when the owner asked about the incident to security guard he stated that this is an occasional incident and not a big one as these cases occur on a daily basis.

PU Pulse has emphasized the issue of these theft cases and as these incidents have become a regular occuring which is a cause of concern. PU Pulse urges the Administration to look into the concerns and safety of students as well as the Teaching and Non Teaching Staff and employees.

The complaint has also been registered to the Police regarding the same.
