" अन जल त्याग, तू चंद घंटे गुजार कर तो देख"
No food, foggy nights, 3-4°C temperature, and a person is still adamant, lying, protesting on the ground with a strong determination, that he will only stand up when a decision will be taken in favor of public welfare.
This is how the Youth Congress President, Manoj Lubana is living these days. Recently, the UT administration took a step towards the privatization of the Railway Station and wants to provide facilities like an Airport. Due to this, they put a toll barrier just before the pickup-drop point of the railway lines.
Against the same, the Youth Congress under the leadership of President Manoj Lubana is sitting on a protest for the past month but when it made no impact on the administration, the Youth Congress President decided to sit on a hunger strike till the demands are met. But now, the hunger strike has entered its third day, and the situation of the administration is still the same.
On one hand, a life is at risk, and at the same time, passengers are also facing a lot of difficulties, especially those who are visually impaired while on the other hand, it seems that administration is just not taking any action and waiting for the last moment.
Things can get worse. Pulse has covered this issue from time to time and has posted various updates regarding the same. Before the situation gets too bad, PU Pulse urges the administration to look into this matter at the earliest.
