20 new long route air conditioned buses will be part of CTU, costing around 11.51 crore

It is reported that 9 out of 20 buses will be for new routes as per the need of the passengers and others will resume with the old routes. The new buses will be equipped with multiple facilities to ensure comfort of passengers in these 51 seater buses.

The buses will go to Vrindavan, Delhi, Faridabad, Palwal, Chamba, Una, Talwara, Nurpur, Haridwar, Rudrapur, Sitarganj, Puranpur, Haldwani and Katra. Haryana, Punjab, Himachal, Uttarakhand and Delhi are the places where these buses will largely travel to.

The routes, departure, frequency have been decided with consideration of senior officials as stated by UT.
