"इस कदर वाकिफ है मेरी कलम मेरे जज़्बातों से।
अगर मैं इश्क़ लिखना भी चाहूँ तो इंक़लाब लिखा जाता है।।" - Bhagat Singh
To the warrior, to the revolutionist, to the brave soul who fought for the nation with no heed to his own life, to Shaheed Bhagat Singh; a name that is enough to awaken the patriotic spirits and with a history that even today makes every Indian proud.
Bhagat Singh was born on 28th September 1907 into a family of freedom fighters of Punjab, from a very young age he had absolute determination and love for his country and fought for its freedom till his very last breath.
Today, on his 115th birth anniversary we remember his deeds of valour and courage. From actively fighting against British rule to the echoes of "Inquilab Zindabad" that made every citizen realise how important their mother land's freedom was. From protesting against Lala Lajpat Rai's death to being contently executed because he knew it was for his nation, Bhagat Singh set an example for the generations to come.
Let's pay our utmost tribute to the martyred soul and the legacy he left behind, hoping that his fight for justice and stories of bravery keep inspiring generation after generation for it's rightly said by Subhash Chandra Bose,"One individual may die for an idea, but that idea will, after is death, incarnate itself in a thousand lives."
Paying a tribute to the great soul, PU Pulse wishes everyone a very happy Shaheed Bhagat Singh Jayanti.
