BSP picks Dr. Ritu Singh as Chandigarh Lok Sabha Candidate
The Bahujan Samaj Party (BSP) announced Dr. Ritu Singh as its candidate for the Chandigarh Lok Sabha elections. This announcement came during a press conference led by Vipul Kumar, the Central Incharge of BSP Chandigarh, at the Press Club of Chandigarh.
Vipul Kumar said that "Behan Kumari Mayawati"has always worked for the advancement of education, youth, and women's growth and he also mentioned that choosing Dr. Singh shows BSP's dedication to these causes.BSP Chandigarh state president Waryam Singh stated that Dr. Ritu Singh is a former assistant professor at Delhi University from Amritsar district, Punjab.
Dr.Ritu singh is going to bring her academic background and experience to the political area aiming to represent Chandigarh in the Lok Sabha.
