5th Feb has added a new twist in the 'soap-opera' drama of Chandigarh Mayor elections 2024.
The Supreme Court in its hearing has called the conduct of elections a 'mockery of democracy' and 'murder of democracy', slamming the Returning officer who conducted the Mayoral elections, SC was convinced by the fact that the returning officer must have defaced the ballot papers.
In this AAPVsBJP battle, we shall wait for the final verdict on this matter as the SC has ordered for preservation of entire record of election process.
