Mayor, Senior Deputy and Deputy Mayor seats won by BJP by beating INDIA alliance

After a lot of twists and turns, the thrilling story of Mayor Elections of Chandigarh has come to its climax! As Manoj Sonkar of BJP has already bagged the crown with a lead of 4 votes, the lotus of happiness has bloomed in the favor of the party.

Now , the Senior Deputy Mayor and the Deputy Mayor's results are also out and Kuljeet Singh Sandhu and Rajendra Sharma are blessed with the garlands of victory by the voters.

A warm sunshine of joy is warming the hearts of the winners whereas the opposition I.N.D.I.A. had boycott the Deputy Mayor and Senior Deputy Mayor elections and therefore, it happened in their absence. Now, they are up for a protest and a press conference would soon be held by Pawan Kumar Bansal and Raghav Chaddha. Punjab CM Bhagwant Mann also will have a press conference regarding the same.

Arvind Kejriwal, AAP chief took to his X account and expressed his worry that if for these elections, the party can go to such a level of cheating and fraud, how far they would go for the PM elections whereas Mr. Jagat Prakash Nadda congratulated BJP through a tweet. He claimed that making an alliance and still losing the electoral battle to BJP proves that neither the arithmetic nor the chemistry of the alliance I.N.D.I.A can be successful.
