As per new orders, The new Dean Student Welfare (Women) at Panjab University is Prof. Roopali Garg from University Institute of Engineering and Technology, Panjab University.
Prof. Garg is a doctorate degree holder in Electronics and Communication engineering. She has 18+ years of rich experience in teaching and research. She has also been awarded the Administrator's Gold Medal by the Chandigarh Administration.
The work of Secretary to Vice Chancellor will be handled by Prof Kashmir Singh, Department of Biotechnology along with his duties since Dr. Muneeshwar Joshi is on leave.
He is also the Chairperson of Dept of Biotechnology.
