Remarkable number plate 'CH01-CP-0008' raised hefty amount of ₹25 lacs by the RLA.
The Registering and licensing authority carried out an auction for the brand new series of CH01-CP and some of the residuals from Saturday to Monday.
A total of 577 registrations were made that fetched a total of ₹2.68 crore revenue for the RLA.
Amazingly, the vehicle numbered '0008' of CH01-CP series standout in topmost run owning a bid of ₹25.43 lacs during the e-auction.
However, CH01-CP-0005 and CH01-CP-0001 secured the second and third highest bid of ₹25.05 lacs and ₹17.50 lacs respectively.
The website is updated with the results and the successful bidders would be informed through phone calls or e-mails
In the formers decade i.e.2012 the number '0001' witnessed to be much fascinated by the owners as a sector 44 resident spent ₹26.05 lacs for CH01-AP-0001 for his S-class Mercedes Benz then.
