Sangrur By-Poll Elections Results

Sangrur again created History, Mann made his comeback to Parliament, defeated AAP in its fort by approx 7000 votes

After a close head-on seesaw fight between Simranjeet Singh Mann(SAD-A) and Gurmail Singh (AAP), Simranjeet Singh Mann wrote history by making a comeback after the 1991 parliament elections.

Whereas SAD , Congress and BJP lacked much ahead. Congress Candidate Dalvir Singh Goldy stands at No. 3, BJP candidate Kewal Singh Dhillon stands at No. 4 where as SAD placed at last position which is a huge set back to party. However security of all the three candidates have been forfeited

It has been seen for the first time that there is a very tough fight going on between the ruling party and any other candidate in any by-poll election.

Once again, Sangrur Lok Sabha People proved that they always prefer change as earlier, they made the name of Bhagwant Mann by making him win continuously two times from this seat when SAD and Congress was the ruling party in Punjab.

But these results had put a big question mark for AAP after only 3 months of a massive win in Punjab Assembly 2022 elections as party even lost from CM's constituency Dhuri and Harpal Cheema's constituency Dirba which were the main fort of AAP.

However, only 45% voted in By-Poll Elections.

Mann give credit for his win to Jarnail Singh Bhinderawala, Sidhu Moosewala, Deep Sandhu and thousands Shaheed Sikhs.
