Our collective responsibility becomes evident in the face of such abandonment. NGOs and local administrations could play a crucial role in addressing this problem, either through adoption efforts or by taking direct responsibility for these animals. This predicament underscores a poignant paradox, causing us to question the true essence of beauty in a city that bears this troubling reality.
