As the auspicious day of Ganesh Chaturthi arrived, students and faculties alike, got a boost of serotonin by bringing home their beloved bappa.
Girls Hostel no. 10, situated in sector 25 of Chandigarh was the venue of the grandiose celebrations, where Ganpati sthapna was done in the morning, as clock struck 8:30.
The event saw participation of Dr. Varinder Kaur(warden GH-10) and the students as well took blessings of Ganpati bappa and prayed for success in future endeavors and good health, all while echoing the hostel premises with chanting of "Ganpati bappa morya, Mangal murti morya"
"We are really blessed to celebrate each and every event with our Warden in the Hostel premises. It feels like another Home for us" said Manisha, a resident of GH-10 on her conversation with PU Pulse.
Bappa will be finding home in GH-10 till his visarjan on Saturday but will remain in the hearts of everyone till unforeseeable times.
