Two degrees simultaneously, UGC gives a great reward to students

For the first time, the University Grant Commission has allowed students to pursue two degrees simultaneously either in the same or in different streams. These degrees can be completed in physical, online or in combination mode.

This all is being done in accordance with the national education policy of the country which aims to offer flexibility and personalisation of higher education and even allow multi disciplinary education across various domains for students. Students can complete their courses either at the same university or from different universities at the same time. Guidelines for which would be released soon by the UGC.

The pandemic has surely reformed the rigid Indian Education System. Common University Entrance Test, less importance to board marks, introductory vocational courses at school level. This all will bring a positive change in the Indian Education System and will help in providing high quality education to students across the nation.
